He knows what hes doing thats for sure. But rather than teaching you he ends up doing your project for you and you dont learn anything. He also has other things going on all the time and people coming in an out all throughout class so its hard to get his attention or help at times.

Charlie is the best TDS teacher, not to mention the best teacher on campus. I wish he tought more classes! Very hands-on oriented classes, but don't worry...if you have trouble with anything, Charlie will make sure you get it right! Always available outside of class.

hes a great guy, and acctually a very famous one in his field. He's a professional woodturner,and has taught here for 35 years. He makes the class very fun. H ealso says catch prases like "All that good jazz" and "that will cut like butter..'whoo'"
