Really enjoyed her lectures. Can be strict but loved her dry humor. Learned a lot by taking notes and paying attention in class. No trouble with her multiple choice tests. Some questions can be tricky on the test, but go to her office hours and she will give you some points back. ALWAYS BE RESPECTFUL AND NICE!

Professor Wells definitely knows her stuff! When she teaches you can tell she genuinely has a passion for history. Her humanities classes do have reading assignments, but her tests are all multiple choice and a few short answer based on the unit textbook. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking to learn and have a professor who cares.

She only grades tests. If supportive seminars are offered, go. You get extra credit to go to them and they help so much. Her lectures are usually straight forward and a little bit boring. She does get off topic sometimes. You'll do better if you ask questions

Would highly recommend taking any of the Humanities classes with Dr. Wells. Tests are ABC multiple choice, so they can be a little tricky. Go to the study sessions for extra credit, they help out a lot! Also, fill out the study guides! They cover everything that will be on the tests, and make studying so much easier come test time.

Professor Wells is great! Taking her European Renaissance class right now and I love it. I'm learning a lot, it's interesting, and it's an easy class. There are short open-book quizzes and short essays due alternating weeks that take little time to complete. No papers. I'm getting an A and have yet to read any of the books.

Charlotte Wells is a good teacher for Humanities. The class is all lecture, and can get pretty boring, but she does try and make it fun for the students, gives a break in the middle of class, and offers extra credit (via a study group). I would say go to the study group. I suck a Humanities, and it helped a lot.

Dr. Wells is a wonderful, well-respected professor who is extremely enjoyable. It's easy to learn a lot from her and if you attend class regularly, you will pass with no problems. She does not mess around though, if you go to class, don't even consider having your phone out. Respect her and she takes good care of you and your grade.

She really knows her information and makes class interesting! She gives study guides and pretty much everything is on the test!I would take another class with her in a heart beat! She is wonderful!

Professor Wells is by far my favorite professor. She's a very kind woman. Doesn't try to screw students over. Her lectures are sometimes long, but she presents the information in the best way she can. Her tests are a breeze because she hands out study guides and she's always giving out extra credit. TAKE HER CLASS!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I had Dr. Wells in Humanities I and liked her so much I took her twice more!(Humanities II and Junior-Senior Seminar Witch Craze) Dr. Wells is nice, interesting, helpful, and she can be funny too. If you are deciding between taking her or anyone else it is a no brainer. Take her! You won't regret it.

She is a very good humanities teacher. She uses powerpoints and studyguides. She goes over the studyguide the day before the test. She offers to go over the test after you take it 1 on 1. I highly suggest taking her class.

Wells is a very straight forward professor. She covers all of the test material in class and provides good study guides for each test. The tests are basically the study guides! She is always willing to answer questions, and an extra credit final. She is by far the BEST humanities professor at this university!

Wells is a great teacher. I hate history but humanities one with her was great. She gives extra credit if you go to the study seminars. Her tests are from the book and class notes but if you do the study guide you will do good. You don't have to attend class except for tests but she will go easier on you final gradr if you do.

Wells is a great teacher! Took her for Humanities 2 and she knows her stuff- very knowledgeable. Goes over the studyguide's answers a day or two before the test and the tests are the studyguide questions. Wasn't really looking forward to taking humanities, however it was much more interesting than I thought especially with her as a teacher!

This class was pretty easy. She gives a study guide for each test and goes over the answers a class or two before the test. She is fairly nice but will call you out if you are late or get up to go to the bathroom. The class was boring but as long as you fill out the study guide and study it, you will be fine.
