Comment:

This class wasn't the best, you have to read the chapters before the class and lecture day. This class consists of participation, homework, and being able to present in front of the class x3. This class consists of basic knowledge but also being able to REQUIRED PROJECTS on time. Such as REports, presentation, and Resume. Not as easy as it seems.

Comment:

One of the worst classes I have ever taken. We went for a class of 24 to 8 by the end of the year. Test are a average of 90 questions. You teach yourself, she rarely goes over things. She is very unclear, does not respond to emails, gets upset when you get lost. Her projects clash with the amount of other assignments making it difficult to keep up.

Toughest online class I've taken. Syllabus didn't have accurate due dates which caused confusion. Short amount of time to write a major business paper. She provided examples to use but also advise that she didn't like some item in the examples; not very clear. She provided lots of feedback & constant communication. Hard to get an A but possible.

You really need to have no life in order to survive this class. 6 students dropped out in the first 2 weeks and I regret not doing the same. She expects everyone to be on her level and keep up with the work no mattet what. If presenting and pretending is your thing then this class is for you, if not then try to avoid it

I loved this class! The good: She creates a very comfortable neutral environment. Open to suggestion and comments. Everyone becomes friends and a common bond of respect. She's knows what she's talking about! The bad: Heavy workload. She's a tough grader. Use the writing studio and give perfection! All projects are practical for real business.

If you have other classes or a job, take it online and not with her. Assigned a long research paper then yelled at us for an hour when no one was as far along as she hoped we'd be when she wanted to check our progress (we're not in middle school anymore). Get ready to give a lot of presentations with hard grading criteria and little time to prep.

This professor was BY FAR the worst one I've ever taken. I had her for a 4-hour class once a week. There was an exam every week over 3 chapters and the chapters are like 40 pages long. It's ridiculous!!! Avoid her, seriously not worth my time.

Prof S. is a great Professor. She's always willing to help just email her. It's a lot of work but u can get it done with time management n consistency. If you show her that you are trying she is willing to go the extra mile to assist you. My advice is to just do the work even if u don't understand and get it done early to so tht u can try again.

I loved this class and it truly prepared me for all the other the other classes I've taken. Helpful and she gives you back what you put into it. Great teacher, tough but so worth it every step of the way. :)

Very helpful professor. She passes out rubrics before assignments are due to clarify exactly what is expected. She makes you buy special bond paper to turn your assignments in which isn't all that bad. Reading the book is important! Make sure to use her guidelines on the business plan!

Very helpful teacher. The information was straightforward. VERY HARD for online accelerated due to many assignments through myitlab. Class would be better taken on campus in my opinion. :)

This class is a lot of work but the Professor was amazing. She got back to you in a timely manner and was very understanding. She opens the weeks early usually on Friday or Saturday which was extremely helpful considering the work load was extreme.

WOW! This is by far the absolute best teacher I have ever had. I have never met someone so hands on, that truly enjoyed their job as much as her. I have come leaps and bounds in just a mere 16 weeks thanks to her. You most definitely have to earn this grade, but she is so approachable and the class is WELL worth it. By far the best option for BCOM!

Mrs. Sypniewski was one of the best professors I've had. There are some tough assignments and presentations but it just helps you grow as a student. She is very helpful and easy going. Felt comfortable in class and would definitely recommend. This class requires you to be professional and have dedication! Tests are based off quizzes, too.

Sypniewski's ITCS-1400 online is rough. 8-week course, two-three chapters, quizzes, tests, assignments, online trainings every week, with specific daily due dates. Professor wants references/quotes with MLA citations on DISCUSSION TOPICS (I.T.) Also, if you miss a SINGLE ASSIGNMENT you cannot get higher than a C- (per her First-Day Handout). Avoid!
