Zimmie is such a sweet man. My best friend and I fell in love with him. He is so personable and funny. Most of his lectures have nothing to do with what is going to be tested, but at least they are interesting. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK!!! Just wing the tests; he always has like a 30 point curve. I took him twice, never studied, and got an A twice!

absolutely hysterical. nothing he says is really relevant to the class. don't bother taking notes because absolutely nothing will be on the test. tests are mostly common sense and have atleast a 30 point curve. if after the curve you still arent satisfied tell him and hell most likely switch your grade. i would definately take him again

He seems very nice and helpful at the beginning of the semester but none of his lectures really help you on the test. Even though you may study he will always have questions on the test that you have not seen before. To him nothing is ever his fault. If you can avoid his classes, do it.

He was interesting. Can't say I learned anything about geography, but I sure did learn about European women and foreign beer. Seriously though, I fell asleep and dozed a bit, but I did learn interesting factoids. His tests are VERY annoying: Hundreds of multiple choice questions, and none of my notes were on the test.

you'll like him for 2 weeks before he gets boring as hell. don't bother taking notes, they're not on the tests. rely on common sense and the 30 point curve you'll be getting. if you take him before noon, you're gauranteed to fall asleep in class. he can be entertaining, but mostly he's tedious, and reeks of bad coffee

Prof. Zimolzak is a riot during his lectures, but he strays off topic all the time and you never have any idea when to take notes. His tests are hard as hell, but he does curve them a bit. If you want to waste a class period, ask him about Bambi's mom. When he does lecture, half the class is asleep or reading something else.

great guy, really funny. His stories and random outbursts make this class worth taking alone. His tests are hard but he curves like a mad man. His lectures can get boring but the stories he tells are great. A lot of information to cover, and you never really know which of it you need for tests. overall a good class tho.

Interesting guy. Seems pretty smart, but his tangents can get crazy, especially at 9:25 a.m. A nice guy, though. Hard tests, big curves. I got a C, and I hate geography. He loves talking, so make him talk. We never had homework, either.

So his lectures may be a little scattered, but his stories and opinions on things are hysterical. The take home exams are very difficult and long, but he gives a very generous curve. He's very flexible too.
