He was seriously one of my favorite teachers there. Very laid back and incredibly understaning. Definitely helpful, loves his job, making it easy on you. Take this fella. He's so worth it.

Chip was hands down my favorite instructor at NEO. He is vary helpful, especially if you get to know him a little. He loves what he teaches, which in return made me love it. His teaching style is vary relaxed and it made learning programming vary simple to a beginner such as me. If I could take more classes taught by him, I would in a heart beat.
