great teacher... really interesting and extremely funny. he is a hard grader, but makes plenty of time to go over papers with students. i did not mind going to class at all because he was hands down the hottest teacher at the school.

prof arroyo is great. i wouldnt bet on getting anything better than a B+ but he is totally worth taking. very clear and friendly. he also is pretty nasty at softball and if you want to dispute your grade you settle it on the softball field.

Great teacher. Explains everything really well in class and is very helpful during office hours. He looks at rough drafts of papers and gives suggestions on what to improve -- definitely helps your grade! He's such a hottie! I had this class at 8:30 in the morning but did not mind going at all :)

Arroyo is the best. He uses pop culture (and reality TV) in order to help you understand these difficult dead philosophers. ANd if you pay attention in class, his examples are funny and clear. He grades hard, but you are definitely rewarded for the work you put in. Oh, he's also nice on the eyes

This man is brilliant. He made his classes interesting by including his students in his vivid examples. He loves what he does, and will spend a lot of time making sure that you understand everything. He's a very hard grader,one of the hardest i've ever had. He's def. the cutest teacher on campus.

He make you feel smart! Extremely hard grader though. I tried my hardest, went to office hours constantly, and he gave me a B and said it was great. He puts it in your hands, and he will NEVER deny anyone help. Let him help with papers he doesn't mind

He is young and with it and knows his stuff! I hated this class the 1st week but by the end of the semester I was ready to cry that it was over. If you do the readings, take notes and go to his office hours, you're all set to do well! P.S. he is so cute!
