Pretty cool guy..Seems nerdy at first. Knows everything he;s teaching. Do the HW and study for tests, you're fine. Best teacher I've had so far at Butte..You'll enjoy his class.

Was cool at first I was getting an A. At the last mon. of instruction he became different and I ended up with an F. I still don't know how the **** that happened!!!!!!!!!! Our grades reflexed his method of insruction. ( I am not the only one in his class this happened to.)

i did not enjoy this class at all. bauer was not helpul and would look at me like i was dumb when i would ask a question. i would not reccommend this class, but if you have to take it take good notes in class.

I do not recommend this teacher. I found his teachingmethods to be vague and uninspiring. His tests included random quotes at times, which had nothing to do with the real material, but which we were supposed to know, which made it difficult to know how to study. He is an easy-ish grader, but unclear and dissapointing.

i thought he was an excellent teacher. i found the topic a lot more interesting after the class. i did not get the 'a' i expected but i did not find the class boring. contrary to the other statements, i thought it was a fun class.

Not the greatest class to take but if you need to get it out of the way go ahead. Teacher is very mundane about topics. Penmenship is terrible. There are required field trips that are 3 HOURS out of town! Readings and test are crucial and BORING!! Hard to get into class because it is very BORING!!! Definatley go to class EVERYDAY!!

Insturctor speaks in a monotone; dull teaching method. Gets all of his material from the internet. Would have learned more from a computer touch-screen. If you are really inerested in learning about Eastern Religions, take it with someone else.

Writes lectures on transparencies; you can barely read them due to his poor penmanship. Talks while he expects you to write things down from the overhead. Has a very DRY sense of humor and thinks he knows everything. Don't challenge him on anything or you will be reprimanded in one way or another.
