Comment:

I took his hybrid class. Very nice b/c we had class every other week. Lectures had nothing to do with tests/quizzes, but he got mad if you didn't attend. They were student-lead about mostly current events + opinions. He has a very thick accent and talks very quietly. There were quizzes on weeks we didn't have class. Check your email often. Easy A.

Lectures arent related to test. Test/quizzes are multiple choice online and no homework. Textbook was required but I never used it. Really smooth guy actually. I completely forgot about a quiz and he let me take it a month later. Dont get up and leave though, that triggers him.

Online class. Tests are easy. Attendance matters just show up listen to him and check your email. He sends out emails stating when the test/quizzes are. You have all day to complete the tests. Talks very low so make sure to listen during roll call because he WILL count you absent. Gets upset if you leave the class during lecture.

You won't pass if you don't read. In his lectures, he talks for over an hour about irrelevant topics or goes off on tangents about "why politicians matter". He didn't put in any of our grades until 2 weeks before the final, and if you email him he won't respond. He get's upset with the class for asking questions. If you walk in late, you're absent.

He spends about 30 minutes of at the beginning of class discussing current events (which aren't included on any of the quizzes or test). Show up to class because sometimes he changes test and quiz dates. Also if you decide not to read your textbook, most of the answers are found online.

very easy prof. literally didn't go to class but 1 time before midterms and he did nothing. when i started going to class, i literally slept through the whole thing and still passed everything. his tests and quizzes are easy because the answers can easily be looked up on science-forums for the exact right answer 90% of the time word for word.

Class was hybrid so we only met every other week and all the quizzes and tests were online, this was the only good thing about his class. Lectures were 95% debate and 5% actually learning the material. Lectures are very long and confusing and he gets off topic very easily. Very liberal and will let you know you're wrong if you don't agree with him

He will challenge you as a student. You will have to read the chapters to do well on his test because somtimes he has a random question about something in the book that he may have not said in class. It's not an easy A but as long as you read the chapters BEFORE he goes over them you will be fine. I like him and took him for 2 classes.

Lectures were long, not many grades (2 tests and a final), and very tough tests. I studied many hours for each test and never made above a C. This class dropped my 4.0 to a 3.6. He was very helpful when I had questions about the final. Nice guy, but tests are too tough.

He only gives 3 tests the whole semester. Those are the only grades you receive. He doesn't give extra credit, out-of-class assignments, essays, or anything! The tests are all multiple choice and hard, which sucks big time! He is not a good teacher. Very unclear and I had to teach myself the material for the class. DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS.

I love Dr.B . He is a great professor and I don't think his accent is bad at all. As long as you go to class , read the book, and do the study guides you should do good. I am a Poli sci major now because of him and will be taking him again :)

Dr. B was an awesome professor! His accent isn't too bad and it sounds cool. I learned a lot in his class even though I wasn't interested to start with. He makes the information fun and easy to learn. He gives a study guide before the test so do that. He is a great professor and I highly recommend him. I would love to take more classes with him.

Awesome,awesome,awesome!!! He wants you to succeed in class and will call you out if you're talking, texting, sleeping, etc. Obviously loves his job and the subject matter. Just be sure to watch the news, he spends the first part of class on current events. His class is my absolute favorite thus far!!

His accent isn't nearly as bad as some people say, but it can be distracting at times. Cool guy, talks a lot about current events, tests came straight from the study guide that he gives you. If you do the study guide, no way you don't get an A or B in the class. Come to class because the discussion is pretty fun and he counts attendance

Comment:

He has a thick Greek accent that can make him hard to understand at times. However, as long as you read your textbook and attend the lectures, his tests are not hard. He also offers extra credit on each test. He does not curve his tests, if you get a bad grade with the extra credit, that is the grade that goes in the books.

TAKE HIM. He is a very nice and respectable man. He is very easy and interesting. His lectures and class discussions are very fun. You get a study guide for his VERY EASY TESTS so there is no way that you will fail. Loved his class.
