If you want to get an A, don't take him. Takes off like 30 points if you SLIGHTLY mispronounce a word. Yet he doesn't know how to pronounce the word "very" correctly. He is an accomplished professional, yes, but he treats you as if you are one too. I didn't sign up for "professional radio broadcasting or else," I signed up for an intro class. C'mon

Rude. Jerky. Didn't cover much in class, a lot you had to learn in the studio/lab yourself. Kinda mean especially if you ask a question. Always talks to you like youre annoying or dumb. Takes off for mispronunciation. Labs are pretty fun though. He's a jerk tho. Dreaded class.

I've had Cavallaro for the past 3 semesters for 3 different radio classes. Although he is very tough and can be a little moody, he is a great professor. He's so knowledgeable, and I have learned so much from this guy. It definitely helps to get to know him.
