Curry is a brilliant man and a great teacher.There is no HW(except a few reading assignments) There is a Midterm and a Final that are difficult, but if you study and go up to him durring the tests he is more than happy to lead you to the right answer.If you do poorly on the midterm, talk to him and you will be able to write a makeup essay.KIND MAN!

One of the best classes I have taken at LMU. He is a very smart man who gives very interesting lectures. He loves Led Zeppelin and has a conservative worldview. LMU needs more professors like Curry!

HE'S BRILLIANT! I learned so much from his class. I'm keeping my notes & intend on looking at his handouts for as long as I live. That's how useful this class it. Even though his class seems really difficult, he's very clear, insightful, and cares about being fair. His grading is very subjective, although he preaches the importance of objectivity.

This guy rocks! He's absolutely brilliant and forces you to thoroughly examine our world within the parameters of ethics. He's funny and insanely profound. To get the "A" you need to pay attention and really consider his implications. It may sound difficult but it's not because his lectures and demeanor make you want to learn and go to class.

This is a brilliant man. He is so very interesting to listen to and learn from. If you get to know him you will find that he is an amazing individual and what he says makes a lot of sense. He will help you understand anything you are not sure about and help you to see things clearly.

This class was extremely interesting. There were no papers which is great for a philosophy class and the tests were right from the notes. Just listening to Curry speak makes you feel smarter. It was one of the few classes that I actually learned something that will help me in life. Take him!

Wow, this class is a JOKE. Your entire grade is based off of two fairly difficult tests, I got a C even though I thought I did well on the final. Curry is lazy and unhelpful--he shows up to class 15 minutes late every day, and offers absolutely nothing to help your grade. A perfect example of how NOT to conduct a class. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Besides that fact that there's no hw, no papers, 2 short/easy tests Curry is also one of the best Prof Ive ever had! Hes a genious and clear. Things may be hard to swallow to some but thats bc they are true! He'll answer any question anyone has so if you want to discuss he will! Loved it!

He is boring, but the worst thing about this teacher is that he showed up 20 to 30 minutes late to class almost everyday, which might sound cool except when he did it on the day of the final. He never apologized or gave a reason he just started class like nothing ever happened. It was really rude.

dr. curry is the best--smartest guy ever. he got me interested in a subject i never thought i would like and is totally open to substituting a test with a paper that complements your major. it also helps that the class was totally easy. take him!
