Comment:
Dr. Johnson is an excellent lecturer and really knows his topic. He is very willing to answer questions about homework and course material in class, so don't be shy. Slightly less approachable in his office, though. Grading is tough, but he does give one or two opportunities to salvage your grade. Write down everything he puts on the chalkboard.

Something that needs to be said: epic mustache. Johnson is a decent guy and passionate about what he teaches. Not too lenient on things like grading adjustments, but his exams and assignments are straightforward (though help sessions help for homeworks). Don't get discouraged with the surverying section because the stats part is really easy.

Water for Gotham honors course. Effortless A. A lot of reading, that is not indispensable. Necessary that you attend and pay attention in class. Simples quizzes and homeworks few and far between. Fun Catskills field trip, interesting material, great class all around. Johnson is a amiable, interesting, bright, and fair man; a great teacher.
