Parker is so wonderful. He gets personal during discussions of the literature and these discussions are so conversational that as a shy student, I felt comfortable speaking up constantly. I plan to take another class of his just to have him again!

Took the class because it was required for my degree. Professor Parker tries hard to make boring reading as interesting as possible. Three 1000 word papers were assigned along with a few free writing activities. If you aren't strong in English expect to have to work hard for your grade!
