He lectures the entire class period and nothing seems important. It's hard to decipher the material from the fluff. Also, he has an accent which adds to the difficulty. Most people do bad on the tests but he curves the grade so everyone passes,not too much stress but i can say didnt learn anything

Chris is absolutely intelligent, straight from the school of Frankfurt. He tends to gravitate towards the more intellectual students and therefore I could see how some people may not like him. If you didn't learn something from the class, it was due to your deficient capacity for understanding.

Anyone who disses Todenhagen or his class is just a slacker student who wants to get the best grade with the least amount of work. 121 was one of the most fascinating classes I've ever taken. Be passionate about learning, and this class will be awesome!

Can't believe this guy actually got tenure. Had him years ago ('88)in a worthless class wherein I learned nothing. When I look back on ineffective, boring, and rude professors, he's the one that always comes to mind. Stay away!

This class is useless. He is confusing and I don't think he remembers what he talks about from class to class. All multiple choice tests. The tests have nothing to do with the reading or what he talks about. Grades on a curve. Not a good class.
