Open book, open notebook tests, but they are tough! Go to every class! The notes you take & examples you do will be on tests. She's a no-nonsense, strict teacher BUT if you need to ask for a favor (like extra time for homework online) ask nicely & you'll likely be surprised by her generosity & understanding. 3 credit class to fulfill a math elect.

We were taught with packets how to work through problems during class. She generally uses the spoon-fed approach and interjects some questions along the way. Tests are relatively easy and the questions on them are unsurprising. She is a nice teacher and laid-back. Always reminds us of due dates. She makes statistics simpler with her instruction.

She gives you great notes and material to work with. The online class does mean that you have to kind of teach yourself things and work through the problems on your own. That responsibility comes w/ every online class tho. The tests/quizzes are very straight forward and she gives you a lot of info on preparing for the midterm and final.

great teacher. just follow along and you will get it. the homework is all online which is nice because nothing is do everyday but it can be alot at the end. she goes over things many ways if you dont get it one way so dont be afraid to ask. tests are fairly easy they follow the review packet she will give you.

Really easy teacher for 098, class was kind of a joke(to me), but she is a very good teacher, grading couldn't be easier. Just don't procrastinate when it comes to doing the online assignments, it will come back to bite you in the butt. Fun class.

She was an AWESOME professor! Took stats fall '10 and only got a D, so repeated it online with Prof Fogal and did so much better! Has helpful videos and notes that go along with the textbook, also willing to meet with you during office hours and will explain anything! DEFINITELY recommend her- coming from someone who hates math!

I hate math and had to retake 098 in order to pass..shes a real easygoing professor and is real understanding. Shes an easy grader and always gives partial credit i came down with swine flu and she was real understanding and wasnt too strict about attendance shes extremely nice and laid back..highly reccommended!!!
