Comment:

I had Professor Schrage for Principles of Marketing. Professor Schrage is experienced, and her lectures were very enjoyable. However, the class is not structured well--the tests are online and do not relate much to the lectures. There is also a semester long project that is tough and her feedback is at times not sufficient. Would not recommend her.

She is an enjoyable professor. She is kind of quirky so it makes the class more fun. She talks about all her experiences and tries to ask about every else's experiences. If you have any international students in your class she will always call them out so that can get old. Tests are not hard and you will only have some work to do outside of class.

Takes attendance each day and if very class discussion and participation heavy. Group project that lasts all semester that isn't too bad. Tests are NOTHING like lectures and are fairly difficult but are online. She is extremely experienced, but alienates all foreign students and really calls people out. She talks about herself and gets annoying.

girls, watch out! she's horrible at explaining what she wants in her assignments and her lectures are very general compared to what you are tested over. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone

Awesome lady...very nice and loves to teach. tests are all online which was awesome but the questions are very difficult even with the book and notes. Class is boring...she likes to ramble. For the big group project she does not explain it at all. she's a busy lady so don't expect to contact her through e-mail.

Comment:

Schrage was a great international capstone professor. She shows interest in students getting the most out of studying abroad and is a lot of fun. She also has a lot of knowledge about various cultures as she has traveled A LOT. I'd recommend taking an international capstone with her any day.

most useless class ever! On top of that she likes to make the exams nearly impossible and smile while doing it. They won't say who is teaching the course because no one would take it with her if they did. she manages to alienate ALL of the exchange students despite being worldly. No As Uses outdated videos & lecture=coma inducing. avoid all costs

I enjoyed her class. It is not easy by any means. If you put some effort into the class it is not bad. She is always in a good mood and friendly to students. I would take her again. Some of these ratings are pretty harsh. Must be many people who put in little effort.

I don't have much good things to say about her. She favors guys, it's easy to see. The way she tests and teaches DO NOT coincide at all. She taught alot of extra stuff but then tested on the littlest detailed info from the text. I avoided her this semester and took a Ops Mgmt night class. I do not recommend. You'll study for MANY Hours.

professor isn't the problem. the course is difficult and most students don't want to study at all. this isn't a class where you can just sit there and expect to be able to answer the test questions. study up folks and you won't have a problem!

This class was challenging, her tests as stated by others are hard and not logical. Her additional assignments can help your grade and attendance and participation help as well. She does curve in the end, but only due to fact that majority of students are failing up to third exam. She is hard.

She is single handedly tearing apart the reputation of UNI's business program. Everyone knows she is a horrible teacher. Aside from being rediculously hard, you also learn nothing in this class. I pay too much in college tuition to learn nothing from a professor.

Terrible professor. Doesn't want anyone to get an A. She writes terrible test questions where some have no right answer or multiples answers and won't admit that the question is bad. She will also grade your papers tougher than College Reading and Writing.

She's a very nice person and has interesting stories to add to the class. Yes, the class is very hard, her tests are extremely difficult, and participation is weighted heavily, and be prepared to work harder than in most core CBA classes. She's awesome though.

DO NOT TAKE HER!!! Ask anyone who has taken schrage b4.She doesn't want to give any A's and goes out of her way to make sure that she doesn't. Tests are way too hard.I studied for a week for 1st test and got a 62%. TAKE ANYONE ELSE. IF YOU CAN'T, WAIT AND TAKE IT ANOTHER SEMEMSTER. you'll be doing yourself a favor in the long run.

I had her for ops and org, and she is by far the worst professor I've ever had at UNI. She's horrible in every way possible. You will not learn anything from her, she will only confuse you. If you want to do well in the class, drop it as fast as you can and take another professor.

DO NOT TAKE HER!!! Her tests are extremely hard. The first test our class average was a 59% and it was our fault. Attendance and discussion is worth 40 points. Nothing in class is explained well, and will not be on the test the way it was explained in class. She will not let many get an A in her class. I think one person got an A this semester.
