Extremely engaging and enthusiastic about the topic. Only criticism was the amount of material we had to learn in a condensed time since it was a Summer B course. Information was very applicable and useful. Would take another class with Dr. Janelle.

The best class I have taken at UF. He is a great professor, and truly wants you to succeed in his class. Although, attendance isn't mandatory his exams are from his lectures so I would highly advise attending class! If you go to class and supplement the lectures with the book, guarantee an A! If you have the opportunity to take this class, DO IT!

Dr. Janelle is great. He thoroughly enjoys teaching and genuinely wants his students to succeed. You must go to class and pay attention to his lectures and take notes if you want to do well. You definitely don't need the book. His tests are harder than you'd expect, but not impossible. A lot of memorization. I really enjoyed him and this class.

Class sounded interesting before I took it but it's really not, coming from someone who likes psychology. Tests are more difficult than an elective should be. Nice guy, gets everyone involved in discussion. I would recommend finding a different HHP elective, this one is boring

This guy is the worst professor I had at the University of Florida. If you are in an outside major taking this class because it seems interesting, DON'T. He picks favorites, and then will belittle everyone else in class. I talked to him once after class and he would lose focus, interrupt me, and then proceed to stare at girls! Made me hate class!!!

Really Good guy.I went to all of his lectures and he is not a generic professor at all.He really enjoys what he is doing and is passionate about the subject matter.The slides take forever because they are merely a guideline for him to elaborate on.Tests were deceptive in terms of difficulty.I ended with a B+.Good teacher and interesting class.

Dr Janelle is awesome. This class is way more interesting than regular Psych. Go to class because the notes won't really make sense otherwise. Tests aren't too hard and Dr Janelle is very fair in teaching and grading. Don't buy the book, you definitely don't need it if you attend class. I would really recommend this class. and Dr. Janelle is HOT!

GORGEOUS! The class is interesting and enjoyable. Only three tests, but so much EASY extra credit. He's got a joke of the day before every class, and he's so nice. He thanks you for coming to class everyday! I'd recommend him to anyone.
