Malone is by far my favorite English professor. A lot of reviewers on here mentioned that they had issues with understanding his assignments, but I never had that problem. He was very clear and if I didn't understand something he took time to answer any of my questions. Took him for Comp 1 & 1. Really love him, wouldn't take anyone else.

Likes to listen to himself talk. Isn't very interested in comments from students or their input. A little vague on assignments. Class is so long because all he does blah blah blah. Meh professor.

Dr. Malone is one of the best professors I have had in my college career. He is very interactive and eager to help his students understand concepts and is equally as eager to hear new ideas from his students. He is always clear on expectations and if you participate in class, you'll most likely walk away with a good grade and good experience.

you can make an A in malone's class if you can stay awake. he's pretty boring. i didn't like him; however, if you are the sort of student that likes to chat in class and speak your mind on the discussed topics... you'd love him.

I had a horrible time in Dr. Malone's class. He is not very clear on how expects assignments to be completed. I tried asking him questions in class and one on one but could never get a straight answer. I also e-mailed him several times and never received a reply. I had to drop the class. I would never take him again and would not recommend him.

Totally hot! He is difficult, but if you talk to him he will help. He is at times vague, but he knows his stuff. Talk to him in class, he loves interaction, this will also help clarify some of the vagueness. He's completely cool and did I say HOT!

Ugh. Let me begin by saying that I loved American Lit I but HATED this course. Malone is way too vague on his assignments and when you ask him to clarify, he only confuses you further. If you have telepathy, you'll do fine.

Discussions interesting, but prof. is easily sidetracked onto tangents. He absolutely loves the 60's. Not very specific on what (or how) he wants assignments done. Returns papers late - at least two wks, often more.

He's a great professor who takes his students seriously, always makes time for them. I'm impressed with the interest he takes in students' research- he's helped me understand contemporary criticism better and has encouraged me to publish. And he's hot.

Dr. Malone is a wonderful teacher. He makes students think and figure out their own answers --that's the point of education! He is young, which makes him more appealing to students. He's very intelligent and well-versed in his subject area.
