Mr Miller is a great prof. He is super helpful and always available for students. His online materials are clear. The class was challenging because I was not familiar with science class but my motivation was really high. One of the reason I enjoyed the class was the ability to watch the course online as much as I want. Can't wait to take EGR 202.

I turn in lab assignments and I usually miss something in there. He would just tell me that I need to fix it and we can do it really fast. He was very clear in his online lectures and the tests were very close to the example tests he provided. He is funny and willing to help you if you have questions.

Super easy class, Miller doesn't grade homework and allows students to let themselves down by not forcing them to study. If you try at all you'll get a good grade. Take one of his classes to find out if you're mature / have enough self discipline.

This was a fairly dry class; it was hard for me to stay awake during most lectures. But once we got into the lab work it was fine. Prof. Miller is very practical and helpful, and I look forward to taking GE103 with him next term.

I went to Chemeketa for pre-electrical engineering at PSU. I have since received my BSEE, and while I had many good teachers, Mark Miller is simply top notch. The man is not only brilliant, but very practical and has absolute mastery over his material. A+ teacher that could teach at any college in the U.S.

I did not like this class, but Mark is a great teacher. His practice problems really can help you out but be careful..... if you do not fully understand the concepts and theory you will not be able to get an A... I think some people learn more by failing one of Mark's classes than by passing most other teacher's courses. 5/5 good teacher

I took Mark EGR211-213. He is really good at teaching you the concepts and how to apply them. The homework is very straightforward. The tests and quizzes are fair. The trick to this class is to read the chapter before lecture, do at least 10 practice problems a week and pay close attention during class, as he will foreshadow test problems.

Very very knowledgeable, and loves teaching. Loves to play small tricks to test your understanding too, but if you attend class everyday and pay attention to the details (only resistors dissipate average power), then you will do fine. Tips for succeeding: do all homework, don't cheat, and do some work out of the book too.

Mr. Miller is the best engineering professor ;). He know engineering concepts quite well and can explain it clearly. He appeares to be an excited person, and he could create a funny environment in class. He is my admired role of engineer. U are really lucky to have him to be your engineering instructor.

i had mark for 7 engineering courses. his classes were FUN. his lectures were very clear, his office door was always open, and those who did the homework and put in some of their own effort did fine on the tests. as a token of respect, in egr213 we had dress-as-miller final day to show our apreciation for the two years of work he put in for us.

This is not an easy series. He teaches very well and likes to see students succeed. He has anawsome sense of humor; he'll burn you and make you look like a dumb@ss if you ****him off! I'd recommend these class's to any would be engineer.

I wrote the comment on 5/4/04. I have now transfered to OSU and would like to state I am the idiot. Mark Miller is the best instructor at CCC. He totally prepared me for the Pro school. I am sorry that out of rage I made a great instructor look bad and I appologize for it. I am sorry....

Very biased, plays favorites, loves weekly shotgun style quizzes that make up 25% of final grade. Only take this class if you like to brown nose. I might suggest a serious look at Linn-Benton CC, There staff is much more helpful than Milller. He hates EE
