Very interesting professor. He knows medical ethics and makes it somewhat interesting. Classes can be dry but it is not his fault. He really tries to make people talk and make class be more conversation but most people at least in my class weren't interested only in knowing what was on exam and getting grade. They'd rather just get notes and test.

Dr. Vogt is really nice and his class is straightforward. He makes you take a lot of quizzes and hand in written responses but it's nothing difficult. He cares about participation and he drops your lowest two grades so it's easy to get an A in his class.

This class is a lot of work. Do ALL the reading guides and meet ALL the group project requirements and you will be fine. Take notes, the power point information is not that helpful when studying for the final. Final had mc and 3 essays from readings and discussions. Professor Vogt overall is easy to talk to so reach out to him for help,

He was a tough grader who unfortunately did not give a lot of feedback. This made doing essays and group projects difficult. Do not take if you are not a proficient writer or can write strong essays.

Awesome professor. It's a pretty chill class as long as you read the book, do the response papers, and study for the midterm and final (in-class essays). You'll be fine. He tries to make the class topics as understandable as he can.

He's alright. Pretty level-headed and down to earth. This class is a fair amount of work. Not crazy APUSH reading quantities but it's still a time consuming class. I learned much from this class about Christian Moral Theology and it changed my perspective on life. In all, it was a class I didn't regret taking.

Really nice guy. Usually about one response paper per week, along with one "mid-term" test and a final paper. Follow directions and you'll be fine. Classes can sometimes get boring, but Vogt tries to be as engaging and interesting as possible. Try to get involved in discussion, it helps.

For a core class, he wants a lot of work from you. Do not take if you have a challenging major with a lot of work, because this class becomes a nuisance. He's a cool guy, but very anal about his grading. If it's not exactly quoted from the book (even on tests),he'll bring down your grade significantly. Not a good experience, personally.

Dr. Vogt is a very professional man and teaches the class in a very understanding and clear manner. Definately reccommend taking him, even if your not too interested in the class. Readings assigned each class, and out of 10 different chapters, you write 5 responses. One test, and I believe project based final. Discussions were interesting.

Readings every week. Goes over reading in class with a powerpoint. Pretty chill teacher. Midterm and final paper. Read and do the work. You should be fine. He does try to joke sometimes and some of them are funny. Approachable man.

Professor Vogt is very knowledgeable in what he teaches. However he gives weekly quizes and they are not easy. Make sure you do the readings and answer the questions assigned because that will be in your quiz. The midterm was easier than the final. Memorize answers to questions and understand them. Do well in your group project as well.

The class was very interesting. We would have weekly quizzes (the questions were given beforehand). One midterm and One final and one paper (either ASL or debate). He gives exam questions before hand so you can prepare for it. The class was very interactive and fun. Must take.

He is a very nice man and his class is not bad at all. He gives quizzes most classes which are pretty easy but he is a pretty hard grader when it comes to essays. make sure you ask him exactly what he wants to hear in the essays so he doesnt give you a low grade. you can pick asl project or research paper, 1 midterm, 1 final, about 10 quizzes.

I usually hate theology, but I loved his class. Discussions were interesting and relevant, even if you're not religious. He was a very fair grader - lots of quizzes throughout the semester to boost your grade. He was a very nice, likeable guy too.

Great professor, very helpful. His notes are on powerpoint so they're easy to copy, although it's a lot. But if you take all the notes then you will do fine on his exams. He gives you a review sheet so there are no tricks. The discussions were a bit pointless but he is a great professor, I actually liked theology (hated 1000C). take him!
