I desperately wish Chuck had higher level classes outside of the lab. He's extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about the kids, IF-and this is the big part -IF you put time and effort into showing him you care. Just ask a few questions, have a conversation after class, and Chuck will go out of his way to make sure you are getting good feedback.

Day is about as solid as they come for a writing professor. Great lectures. Grading is tough but he is very clear on how he grades. Loads of experience and a great story teller. This class may be hard, but it will be very fun!

Professor Day is a hard grader but it's what helped me push myself to do better. It's a challenging course but if you're willing to work you should be fine. Accuracy is really important in this class so avoid fact errors! And if you're taking his night class, bring a snack.

Professor Day has a tough reputation but he is one of my favorite teachers. He knows what he is talking about and will tell you when you are wrong. But he really does care and wants you to succeed. I feel like i've become such a better writer because of him.

I loved Prof. Day! Many complain about his tough attitude but is an incredible teacher. Writing was not my strongest (essential to PR), but walking out of his class I actually learned SO much. I am much more confident now because of him. But you must earn your grade. He is super tough on grammar. But overall, he'll do anything for his students.

Prof. Day is so awesome, but beware! I thought I was an awesome writer going into his class and was surprised that he graded me down a lot... he will teach you things you did not know about AP style and such. Great teacher but don't misspell names or have fact errors they'll mess up your grade BIG TIME. Great prof just be totally respectful!

Professor Day comes off as intimidating, but he is a great professor. He expects you to be a good writer. Study the AP style book whenever you can. Beware of those "fact errors" it brought my grade down A LOT! This is not an easy class, Professor Day is the REAL DEAL. I don't recommend missing days.

Where do I start? Ok, Professor Day is very helpful. He does expect you to write well though. Read EVERY detail of each assignment, be careful of those fact errors. Buy every required book you will use all of them. NEVER MISS A CLASS!He comes off as intimidating but he's a great professor. I've learned more in these 6 weeks than I have in a years.

This class was very stressful. I took it Monday nights for a fall semester. It really kept me interested because each night it was a different topic to write on. The only thing I'd say is Professor Day is tough, and he likes to talk about golf way too much. Otherwise he is a good professor if you are up for a challenge.

Professor Day is honestly the most helpful and pleasant instructor I've ever had. Unfortunately I only had him once a week for the MMC3105 writing lab, but he is an excellent teacher!! Highly recommended, he's always more than willing to help and easily understandable. He just makes the class fun.

I love professor day. He is hilarious! Only have him for writing lab (although I wish I got into his lecture) and he is so helpful! Harsh at first but only wants you to do good. Also he has a thing for yelling but that's just his personality-he's a trip!!

Professor Day is the best professor I've had yet. I have learned more in this class than most of my others combined. He is super passionate and knowledgable. He'll try to scare you, but he is seriously so sweet. TAKE HIM! You'll be thankful even though it isn't a walk in the park.

Prof Day is one of the best teachers I've had at UNF. He is lovely and always there to help you. He is not mean at all as he claims. Grading may be harsh but you improve your writing a ridiculous amount! The 3h45m class may seem a lot but it really isnt. Better than having a class 3x/week. TAKE HIM!!
