Great professor. He can be intense at times, but if you don't understand something, he is more than willing to explain it in his office. Article 9 is difficult. He explains it the best way any professor could. He is very knowledgeable on the entire UCC.

A mumbling, bumbling professor. Entertaining at times, but just not my cup of tea. He assigns a million pages to read, skips over 50 and never comes to a point. It was really painful being in his Contracts II class.

Halli is one of the funniest professors you'll ever have, but he's not a great teacher. Keep up with the reading because you basically have to teach yourself. He knows his stuff when it comes to the UCC but isn't great at communicating it. The exam is mult. choice and HARD. One of the most difficult I have taken at UDSL, so STUDY.

I was one of the few who enjoyed the course - but I thought it was interesting and well presented, even though the subject matter was inherently diffucult to understand at times. Prof Hallinan was really nice.
