Comment:
Dr. Yeung is an outstanding physics professor. He clearly has a deep understanding of the material, and truly wants the students to succeed. I took physics 212 in my 1st semester in college, and I have never worked harder in a class. You HAVE TO work HARD in this class to do well. I was able to pull a C+ up to 1% below an A-. Do practice quizzes!!

Guys, seeing so many different reviews, I decided to say something. Dr. Yeung is one of the few professor I respect the most. He is extremely patient and caring, also proficient in teaching. If you follow his lead and put in TRUE WORK, I guarantee your A in this course. Always remember: your work decides your grade. This is the rule of everything

As you know Physics is dreaded at Behrend because the teachers suck and the work load is unbearable. The class is easy to pass but the TA's that graded my test grader to difficult compared to other classes I saw. Dr Yeung likes and knows his stuff though.

You can tell he truly enjoys physics and it shows in his lectures and participation throughout class. His clear understanding translates well into explanations of course material. The class is not an easy a but if you apply yourself and reach out for the help that is offered, passing the course shouldn't be a problem.

He knows the subject well and is helpful in class. My issue with him is his quizzes and exams. He frequently puts very difficult/confusing questions on the tests that have never been tackled in class before. It's very frustrating at times and makes the class way harder than the material suggests.

Chuck was the absolute worst professor I ever had. When you would ask him a question, he would constantly remind you how easy the problem was so you should be able to solve it. Overall a terrible class.

One of my all time favorites he is awesome at explaining complicated conceptual topics. I would recommend him read your book before class and don't mess up any exams and you will get an a, but only with the extra effort.

Great professor to have for this class. Almost went over my head in most topics but I am just a physics minor. Was willing to meet during office hours and out of hours.

Dr. Yeung is awesome. If you put in some work, he'll get you through the course. The material is hard (seriously its physics) but as long as you don't have a 'business-major' attitude and actually show up and do work you'll pass. This guy is what EVERY PHYSICS PROF SHOULD BE LIKE!

Great teacher, powerpoints are all on angel, tests are kind of hard but if you study the right things they will be ok. The lab and utexas boost your grade, making an A very possible. I would take him again if he taught my other classes
