Claude is an amazing teacher. I always enjoyed his classes as he presents real material that actually comes into use in the real world. He has gone above and beyond for me to help me succeed academically. I greatly admire and respect Claude on a professional and personal level. One of the best teachers I have ever had hands down!

I always know if I have any kind of question I can go up and ask without any issues. I really enjoyed having him as a teacher for several other classes too. As long as you show up and pay attention you'll be fine for the tests and will get a good laugh from every class.

Claude is a very caring and respected professor. He has so many ties to people in the criminal justice system and he will help you out as much as he can. That being said, if you are one of those students who slacks off and skips class, he has little patience for you- so don't expect a good reference when you're applying for a job in the future.

Claude is an excellent professor, teaching from experience & I learn so much from that sort of style. Exams are amazing, tons of opinion questions and contentious issues, making students able to a) get the best mark the can, b) form an opinion about relevant issues. His open-ended questions serve as a trigger to think about important issues.

Claude has been a great role model for my personal carreer in Corrections. For those who thinks he's BIG TOUGH, well you might be a little too sensitive to be in the program and should seriously consider enroling in Early Childhood Education.

Two words come to mind when you think of Claude... BIG TOUGH . The big tough concept is comparable to Lombrosso's theory of atavism. I think he has a superiority complex. Mr. Charland abandoned his students to go to Africa, leaving most graduates jobless.
