Assignment instructions are always unclear. One of those teachers that like to see students "explore" and "discover for themselves" which really just means you spend a lot of time being confused and frustrated because you don't know what you are expected to be getting from the class, readings, or assignments.

Not quite sure why everyone believes she is difficult or "sucks ass" which by the way is rude and immature. She has expectations for her students and if you study, do the work and don't whine about a little hard work you'll do fine in her class. Buck up undergrads; if you think she's hard, wait until you step into a real world position/career.

I am a non-traditional student and being that this is my major I am seriously considering changing schools due to the faculty in this department...Vague, not helpful, will not take the time to explain things, and the list goes on...

I don't know why everyone hated her. I think that she is VERY intelligent and has a lot of information to share with you, if you give her a chance. Her accent takes some getting used to, but I think that looking past that is worth the knowledge she can give you.

She is very abrasive. Took over halfway through the semester and at the beginning we were ready to all walk out. She got better at the end. Takes time to adjust to her style. She isn't very helpful and sometimes uses examples that make no sense. I got an A-, so I am not a failing student complaining. She just can be a well you know a witch.

There is something seriously wrong with this woman. She created a hostile environment in the classroom and told us she thought we were all stupid. She is a generally angry person and so disrespectful to everyone. Don't take any of her classes. So many students have complined about her to administration. She's crazy.

Only real problem was that you couldn't understand her. Oh yeah, and we had to do these roleplaying assignments that she expected you to know every facet of the person you were supposed to be playing's job, like if I was the mayaor of Chicago I should know a lot about what he can do and issues in that city....but she didn't tell us we should know that much until after the assignment...

Warning! Do not ever take a class from this person. She is the worst professor in the political science department. She is not fluent in english. In my class she read verbatium right out of the text book. We did not get mid terms back until almost finals. A total rip off
