This is a book based class, so read up. His lectures are mostly "If I had written the book, I would've taught this..." and go off on something not in the book. Tests are exceedingly difficult and the man has no mercy. You will hate him a couple weeks in, but STAY WITH IT! I was one of 10 who toughed it out to the end and received a generous curve.

This is a 400 level class, you can't expect it to be easy! If you think this is hard, wait until you get in the real world. Yes, exams are hard, but you can get a good grade if you study and do all the homework. His exams have problems from the homework, not one word changed! Plus, has extra credit on exam if you write about an article in the WSJ.

The absolute worst accounting professor ever! If you can avoid him, do so! He is the only professor for 408 - so i recommend that you take any other 400 level accounting course. Dont waste your time!
