every lecture is printed out you don't need to take notes just set and try to understand she gives homework but she gives you the solution and don't grade it but she will give you a quiz based on the homework, she gives practice exam which really similar to the real exam

She was the worst teacher I had in my entire education. I'm a Mechanical Engineer and have been graduated and working in the industry for 10 years now, but my negative experience in her class was so bad it is still fresh in my mind. She once told me, "if you didn't understand it in class, me explaining it again won't do you any good." Stay away.

She is one of the best. The course very clear and the book explain everything (she made her own book, so it is very clear). Very helpful lady you can call her at her home and available every office hour with a great interest to help you. Quizzes twice or 3 times a week but she is very fair with the grades and the quizzes usually from the homework.

Weeks was a sweet old lady. The textbook sucked but she handed out her own summaries. She gave her phone # for questions. Quizzes were on Mondays for first 1/2 of sem. Her grading was very reasonable, and she handed out GREAT "pre-tests." No % for HW - if you did most of it, she'd move you to the "+" side of the letter grade. Highly recommended.

very nice lady. hw is never due but quizzes are frequent, and even those arent bad at all. i have never taken calc before and have an easy A. tests are extremely straight forward, and if you need help she even lets you call her while she is at home. take her

If you have taken calc before, take this class. It will be easy. If you have not, do not take this class. You will have a hard time understanding the material. A nice lady, a little eccentric. Gives a sample test before the exam that is almost identical to the exam. Provides handouts for lectures. 10pt quizzes almost everyday. Do the homework.

THIS CLASS IS SO EASY. DR WEEKS IS SUCH A GREAT TEACHER. SHE WILL SIT DOWN WITH YOU AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING A MILLION TIMES UNTIL YOU GET IT. SHE TEACHES YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE MATH, NOT JUST TO KNOW HOW TO DO IT. VERY, VERY GOOD. SHE'S VERY NICE TOO.

Well, she is really weird. And she will wear a hat to EVERY SINGLE class. Also, she will probably scare you at times. But the class is easy to ditch, and you can get an A as long as you do all the homework. Take her.

Aaaaaaah! I'll agree with the last comment. It's best to never speak in her class. She reduced one of the math majors to tears and she was downright frightening at times. Take notes, get help from other professors, and good luck....

A brilliant mind but not such a great professor, although when she talks to herself in class, it can be very amusing. Take her if you can teach yourself the material. She is very smart so her tests are very hard because she can do them.
