Zachariah is very nice and helpful. His class is pretty easy and allows cheat sheets for the exams. He is pretty straightforward in his grading but unfortunately has one major drawback, his accent. I personally have a very hard time understanding him. He doesn't introduce ideas thoroughly and does so with a thick accent which makes it worse.

This class is a good choice for learning Calculus II, however the professor goes fast so it is hard to keep up sometimes. Office hours are not that much of help either. Taking notes and doing all of the homework will help your grade, but studying is needed as well. This is a good class, just beware of the pace.

Dr. Zachariah is a great guy and makes himself accessible to students outside of class. I was able to do well in his class, but only because I went frequently to his office hours because he did not teach the material well enough in class. Just writes things on the board and says "agreed?" Left me confused a lot. Not a great teacher at all.

I have taken 3 classes with Dr.Z and I have done well in all 3. He is really willing to help and wants you to learn. Once you pick up his accent, it is all really easy. Tests are not very tricky and are based on the homework problems. To get an A, you just need to practice at home. Take him if you need to take a math class and want to learn!

Dr. Zachariah's class was not that hard, but he had trouble explaining some of the concepts and his notes were disorganized. You could make your own equation sheet, and there was homework and a project (that was actually fun) to balance out the grade. Overall, a good stats class.

Class can be difficult if you are not natural with math but if you go to class, take notes, and keep up with the homework, you will be fine. Zachariah is a good professor as he is flexible (i.e. if you need to change a test or final date) and you can turn in homework after meeting with him, etc. He wants everyone to do well.

gives homeowork that we don't go over in class which is frsutrating. Just ask lots of questions and class so you make sure you understand everything. He is a really nice guy and kind of a push over which you can bring to your favor. It is a hard classs though so try to avoid him if you can, especially if it's your first time taking stats

For an online class he's not very responsive to e-mails. I did well, but basically taught myself everything from the required online program. The two in class exams both had content that didn't match that material though. The workload can be immense, but manageable once you get used to it. Overall you can learn it online, but he's not very helpful.

This teacher seems to have a hard time communicating with students, and at times seems nervous. He is very unclear and confusing; not just because of his accent. Somehow I was able to do well in the class without understanding stats very well. Workload is not bad; he switches from online to book. Know how to do those and you will do well on exams.

I am so not a math person but took stats and got Zachariah. He does have a thick accent but it's not hard to understand. Stats is a little tricky sometimes but he is very willing to help you out. I recommend office hours! Very clear on what's on the quizzes and tests. Lets you use a formula sheet for the final and midterms (2). Best 104 teacher!

He's a very nice man, but very hard to understand. I'm not just talking about his accent either; he just doesn't teach material very well. He wants you to succeed and do well, but kills you with his quizzes which look almost nothing like the homework.

TERRIBLE TEACHER! Do not take him. He gives a ton of homework, gets mad at you for asking questions in class, very hand to understand and worst of all he puts questions on the test that he never taught in class. He is a nice guy but will never end class early and it is very hard to get an A. I do not recommend taking him at all.

it's a little hard to understand what he is saying because his accent is a little thick. he tries to be as helpful as possible with homework problems but he thinks you should know the basics. he won't really spend time going over that. if you know math pretty well, you should do fine.

This professor is very nice, clearly cares about his students, and wants you to succeed. On the quizzes, he likes to put information that is not just problems/application, but also conceptual, so it depends what type of math you like/are good at. I do think that the subject material is not bad for the class. I would recommend him.

Really nice guy, if you participate in class, he notices and takes that into account for final grades. If you have problems with your test, go to office hours, and he almost always ends up adding on points. Do the HW, and show up to class. He usually postponed HW when the class asked, so really not a bad class.

quiz every week, 3 tests, final. do the hw, counts for a lot and it helps for practice with the quizzes. You get an equation sheet for tests so you don't really have to memorize any identities or formulas. Nice guy.
