AMAZING! She is such an amazing person and really makes sure you are aware of your growth throughout the semester. She cares about each student on a personal note and is 100% honest with you. She doesn't give a lot of homework, but she expects you to do it when you do receive some.

I took dance composition with her! She is so sweet and loves everyone. She agrees with the choices of the artists but loves to challenge them. She is always smiling and positive. Take her class if you ever get the chance, she will change your perspective on dance and make you love it even more. Her comp class is about finding your own style.

was a GREAT ensemble teacher. I didn't miss a single one of her classes because I loved it so much. I've been dancing my whole life and she made it so her choreography was hard for me and easy for beginners. Attendance is the majority of the great (more than 1 absence and you drop 6 points) with 2 easy papers. I completely recommend!

honest and creative woman. she is able to get you to think in ways you wouldn't believe possible in a dance class...you don't ever feel awkward in her classes because she has a such an enthusiastic sense of humble childlike(not to be mistaken for childish) creativity, which is something most professors lack.

i have been dancing pretty much my entire life...i had never taken any modern classes before caitlyn's class. she opened me up to a whole nother world and way to express my self. this is a great class and she is a great teacher, you will learn alot

You have to BE a screw-up to screw up in one of her classes. Very easy going and fun to take from-even if you have never danced. Prof Corbett is a wealth of knowledge and stresses broadening your outlook on not only dance but life.
