Horrible teacher!!! She should be fired. Your marked down for having your phone out even nif you give a reason, and for using the restroom. Too much work for a reading class its like she thinks her class is the only class you take DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS she even said over 50% of her classes dont pass.

I absolutely love Corrine. She is nice and funny. Read the text book and the novel and you'll do fine. She does weekly quizzes based on the novel. Learn your vocab because they will be on her tests. The class is a bit boring but Corrine tries to make it fun.

She expects students to be prompt like most classes do in college. I love My Antonia by Ann Frank book used. Her assignments are very clear and understanding. Expect 5 to 10 hours of study time. There is no review for midterm and final. I suggest typing H/W assignments clear exam prep. I had a hard time in this class and somehow got a B.
