Comment:

Her motto appears to be that there is always room for improvement. All but 9 people dropped this class. The sections were disorganized, assignments took weeks to grade, lack of participation from group members wasn't addressed for WEEKS. Criteria unclear in a lot of assignments... the final group project had 3 turn in locations, all incorrect...

She is very nice and understanding. She believes that you do not have to know all the material, but she wants you to know most of it. She takes her time while explaining material. Very open to questions.

Comment:

If you plan on running a business or want to make important financial decisions , this is a very valuable class to take with a real-life app. lady to teach it. Professor Fish has a syllabus and class schedule but is flexible and gives many opportunities to improve grade. NOT an easy A or a skate by class, you will learn, if you put the time in.

Throughout the semester, you'll be working with classmates to complete a Formal Report. 3 mandatory meetings on campus is required. Be prepared to write and research quite a bit. Test are simple but if you don't read your book, can be challenging. Ebook requires completing chapter work for a grade. Professor is helpful and responds to emails.

I took her hybrid class. Changed due dates only a couple of times and it was nothing too drastic to throw us off. The tests and assignments aren't that bad. The group project is probably the most difficult thing during the semester but it's manageable. Offered extra credit opportunities for our class. I say she is a solid choice.

Professor Fish has a no extra credit or late work policy, but if you have a good reason, she will make considerations. There are tons of individual and group work crammed into the week, so plan ahead, especially with group work. Her grading wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. I received 90% or higher on most of my assignments and quizzes.

She's a good teacher. I enjoyed her class, and her lectures were clear and easy to follow. There's a single project that lasts the whole semester, but other than that the homework and tests were online and relatively easy. Recommended.

Professor Fish could definitely be more helpful considering that this class is taken through Pearson, which means she isn't really grading our work. Also, be prepared to get hit with calculus toward the middle and end of the semester. There's a lot of work and the tests can be difficult, so if you're going to take this class, get a tutor.

Comment:

Professor Fish uses the Pearson website for all homework, test and activities. Because of this she doesn't have to grade anything so expect a huge amount of work. One to two chapters a week, each chapter has a homework, study plan and quiz. Has some required message board postings. Everything has to be submitted on time, no late work accepted.

I've taken many online classes and this is the most labor-intensive and hardest class I've ever taken. The class is on the Pearson website ( textbook publisher). There are homework problems which take hours to work. Then there is a study plan, quizzes AND discussion posts that are due. I've never spent this much time on ANY class, much less online.

Took her class this fall. Nice teaching and all but she comes to class right on time and even sometimes would be absent expecting us to read the unknown pages. Do not take her!!!! If there is another teacher who teaches bus, take that one!!! Very strict teacher. Idk how she got on the "hotness".

Dont take her online Bus class. She is the most absent professor I have ever had! It is a Business Communication class and she doesn't communicate with the class at all. Not a very active teacher at all. Maybe she's different with her on campus classes?

i am not going to lie. i signed up for 10-key thinking it was going to be super easy, but it was really hard trying to earn an A! you are graded by the standards of entry-level data processors and NOT by how much you've improved. extremely difficult if you don't already type fast so don't take it thinking its going to be easy. PRACTICE!!

This is the WORST online class I have ever taken. Due dates are unclear and always changing, the prof does not email when things have changed, and content is unclear and difficult on her course compass. This is a horribly structured course, and the teacher has an attitude like that should not matter. Dont take this one if you have other options!

nice teacher and easy to understand. she explains everything ell and is willing to answer any questions or give you extra help. All powerpoint notes are online using d2l. All but one exam and all quizzes were on d2l and all homework assignments. Only complaint about this prof is she never mentioned quizes or exams or homeowrk due online.

I had to drop her class (personal problems), but am taking it again. In the short time I was in her class, she was accessible, clear on what she expected, treated me with respect, was professional, AND understanding! Time management seems to be a key factor..work is not hard..but you will work. I highly recommend her! Can't wait for class to start.
