After finishing school and working for the a couple of years I remember a lot of the things he said and now find them to be so true. Hatch is awesome - material for the class isn't very interesting but who likes Econ anyway? He makes it really super fun and makes a point to get to know everyone in the class. I would recommend taking this class from hatch if you have to take Econ!!

Hatch is perhaps the best teacher I have ever had! I learned so much practical info in his class. I actually find myself saying "Oh, I remember that from class." I loved this class. If you can, take his classes. He is the absolute best!

Hatch is probably the best teacher i've had out there. he was so down to earth and fun. in my class, he would take us out for breakfast and then the last day of class we met at the bar and had a great time. hatch is definiately one of those teacher i will keep intouch with.

The nicest insturctor I have ever had anywhere--KU or JCCC. Downside: he loves economics; upside his passion for economics made up for my dislike of it. I finally passed econ, the third time was the charm. Thanks Professor for the help and caring!!!
