Comment:

If you want a lecture full of opinions mixed with swear words and a splash of grammar then this is the class for you. An easy A if you put in the effort and he will let you revise your papers until you get a grade you are happy with. He was decent at teaching grammar, but i couldn't get over how demoralizing he was during class.

He's extremely rude, but gives good lectures. He was very unclear about his grading criteria, and you automatically get a D if you screw up your thesis statement in the papers he assigns.

I highly recommend Craig Russel. It's an English class so expect to be writing papers. I found the subjects he chose for us to write about to be very interesting and very easy to write about naturally. The lectures were always a joy to listen to as well. You simply need to know how to think and process a thought to pass this class with a good grade

Professor Russell was amazing! I would take this class again in a heartbeat. He was very easy to understand. Assignments were straightforward. You can resubmit your papers as many times as you want until you reach your desired grade or give up. He was very interesting and very knowledgeable. Gives you plenty of material to help with your papers.

Most amazing teacher I would have ever asked for. Although I never felt mandated to come to class I always wanted to just to hear what he had to teach us next. Always willing to help and take an interest in others opinions. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I took 110 with him. You only have to write 5 papers for this class. But they are about what he thinks of this world without your opinion and that kind of pissed me off because 3 out of 5 topics I did NOT agree with.

Craig Russell is the man. Wicked funny and makes you WANT to go to class. Most of his classes are very interesting. His essays are easy and straight forward. Its basically impossible to fail his class. If you do, then you're an idiot. He could be a stand up comedian. Reminds me of George Carlin and Louis CK. TAKE HIS CLASS!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Don't know why his easiness rating is so low, only grades are 5 papers on given topics. Sure you have to write about what you thought, what you learned from class, and then how you agree with him now, but it's just for a grade so chill. If you know how to write sentences (many here clearly don't if they think it's hard) you will get an A. Simple.

This professor is a *RADICAL*, and will attempt to shove his views down your sheeple throats. You'll have to write five essays about how (1) you first believed the corporate media's lies but then the (2) "information" he showed you changed your views to (3) agree with his completely. Professor has a very good sense of humor. Hes very laid back and easy. All he expects of you is to write 5 essays on different topics. He accepts essays up to 1 week late, and you can revise them as many times as you want. I RECOMMEND his class. Easy A+.

DOES not teach you about college writing. Basically teaches you his opinion on some topics, then makes you write an essay about how you have changed your opinion to match his. When you try to say your own opinion, he shoots you down. I wouldn't recommended taking his class.

Tough? yes.......Fair? Yes..He gives you every opportunity to receive a good grade........It's totally up to you. He is very opinionated, but who isn't, he just says out loud what people think and are afraid to say. I liked him, very refreshing, Honesty scares soe people!
