Took this guy for ENGR1 and ENGR8 (statics). I DO NOT recommend this guy to anyone who's actually majoring in engineering. He is very unclear and really goes off topic and ignores questions. ENGR 8 students, use the book to teach yourself. He'll only do the easy stuff in lecture and put hard stuff on exams. Unfortunately hes only one doing statics

horrible at lecturing...im sorry did i sign up for a counseling class? he talks more about what you need to do to transfer then about actual engineering material. no textbook makes it even harder to follow. took points off a project and when i contested it he got upset. must say he has the nicest handwriting i have ever seen tho. no bs on that

Nice enough of a guy but he doesn't know how to teach. Makes many mistakes and then rather than correcting the mistakes he says the students should already know that. If you can, take this course elsewhere.

He is the only one who teaches circuits and statics, so you're stuck... The worst part about his class is watching him stumble through the RLC circuits with a direct current/voltage source. He can't solve the problems even with his own notes... I would suggest taking these courses elsewhere to avoid the frustration.

One the best professor at delta. I took him for e-tech 13 and Engr 1 for fall and loved it. He made both classes fun and easy. He picks on students at times, but thats just for fun. I hope he does not retire after next semester, because i would love to take him for all my engineering classes. You are the best Crawford

Very fun prof. Very easy and kind. Very easy projects. Relaxing class enviroment. All you do is listen to him lecture about the different fields then do a few projects. Quizzes are simple and the final is short. He has a lot of experience although some of it is out of date. Like he says you can choose to come to class. Great Professor.

This is the worst instructor I have ever had. He always makes mistakes and seems like he does not know what he is talking about. Attendance is mandatory, even though his lectures are useless and a waste of time. Unlike in Math & Physics, you can earn an A on every test including the final but still receive a low grade in the class.

Sure, Dr. Crawford flakes out a lot. Be he's had a lot of engineering experience so he really knows his stuff. He prefers teaching over making lots of money being an engineer so he really wants to be in class, spreading his knowledge. I would take him for any engineering class, anytime.
