Skips Over so much information! He goes down rabbit holes and expects you to remember everything he says. Notes are 20-40 pages long, expects you to know all that information plus read every single chapter. Tests alone are 250points or more. Basically Everyone fails the tests and he curves it. Do not Take.

Give 30 pages of note plus and expects you too know specific information. The exams are taken out of the note and readings word for word. So much information that you have to cram in 5 weeks for an online class. Also assigned two exams per week with 50-150 questions and had a midterm and final in two parts. He also assigned a 10-13 page final paper

Berry is a political science genius. He knows exactly what he's talking about and has knowledge galore. His lectures are straight from notes he gives you on D2L and he is willing to help if you go to him. 60 possible extra credit points. and a HUGE term paper. 18 pages, I think, minimum. 20 DIFFERENT citations. Only two can be internet. good luck.

TERRIBLE professor. Gave way too much work for the amount of time we had to do it in. Teaches you nothing, and you learn nothing from the class. Overall, it is an impossible class that SHOULD be easy. State and Local Government, gen-ed, should be simple? No, he makes it 1,000x harder than it should be and I gained NOTHING from it.

Terrible professor who will teach you nothing and require endless amounts of work, all complete with pointless requirements. He has made me seriously consider the credibility of Shippensburg as a university. I will be transfering next semester to an institution that doesn't grant tenure to any miserable human being who happens to be there.
