This is definitely the first Physical Education class I've ever taken that I haven't hated. He doesn't dwell on sports. The material is important and really isn't too hard. Go for it.

Very balanced class and professor. Not your typical coach. No in-class excersize. As long as you pay attention in class and remember to turn things in you will do very well. Recommended!
