Comment:

Easiest Math class ever. Dr. McKnight knows the material is easy and makes no pretenses about it. He is, however, a good instructor. He is funny and it's very easy to draw him off on tangents. He also has health problems and will end up missing several classes as a result. He also shows up late from time to time.

Comment:

Open-note, Open-book tests. Class consists of working on worksheets and discussing them, which often turns out more useful than sitting, watching him write on the board anyways. Very hands-on approach. Really neat guy, laid back, and funny. He knows his stuff, so don't be afraid to ask him, too.

Comment:

Dr McKnight's statistics class was one of the easiest upper division courses I took. The assignments really helped with the open-book open-notes tests and Dr McKnight was always willing to help in (& out of) office hours.

Comment:

I have had Dr. McKnight for all three of the upper division statistics classes. I like the way is teaches and his laid back personality- it makes going to class fun. However, don't ever get on his bad side.
