I loved zoology with Dr. Rebar! Make sure you buy all the books (try finding someone who has already used it OR past editions) this class is tough if you make flashcards and study everynight for a few minutes you'll do fine. She wants you to succeed. Tip: take pictures of the slides and print them out to study for lab tests. Good luck!

Not gonna lie, class is difficult. but if you are willing to do the work you will do fine. She's very helpful and clear about what she wants. The first exam may be difficult but after that, the rest are set up the same way. Would definitely recommend her if you want to do the work. Loved her and the class!

If you write out her power points, and add in notes of what she actually says you will do just fine. There have only been two instances in my class where the book was taken into account. One question on two exams out of 20 questions. If you pay attention in class and show up (or you will miss a LOT of notes) you will do fine. She is not tricky.

Challenging class, but really interesting. Read the book and study the dissections like your life depends on it!! It's definitely necessary to study. Dr. Rebar is pretty easy-going and has a good sense of humor. She's also very helpful. Good class overall =)

This is Vertebrate Zoology (bio 341 or 342). LOVED this class and professor. I've been through dozens of science classes and finally there is someone who is actually passionate about what she does! Amazing professor and I would take the class again in a heart beat. But, it was quite a difficult course (yeah for bonus points)! Study, study, study!!!

Had Dr. Rebar for Mammalogy (and animal behavior, actually). She's one tough cookie...many expectations...but very good at it. Oh, and READ the book...if she says that questions will come from there, they will!! The out-of-class field time may seem like a lot, but it is WELL worth all the time invested!! Great prof!

Yet another class with this woman!! Wouldnt have had anyone else teach it. So enthusiastic and has wonderful videos and lab materials. Field trips with her are fun. Her tests can be hard but study and ask questions. The kind of Professor you want to teach you those classes you are interested in. Kudos to Dr. Rebar!!

I'm not a huge fan of biology and stuff, but she makes it interesting. There are lots of "fieldtrips" on lab days. Her lectures aren't as terrible as they could be. She has a way of making boring things interesting to the general non-bio major public. Take her!

Hardest class i have ever taken. if you have other classes prepare to either fail them and pass zoo, or do well in the other classes and fail zoo. Rebar is very nice, helpfull just extremely hard.

She is an awesome prof. She knows her stuff and gives great lectures. Her lab practicals are really hard though and I wish she would do them like Dr. Ashley so you know exactly what you should be looking at. Exams are challenging but very fair.

Dr. Rebar was a great professor. She is very fair and makes the class interesting. We took many different trips to places such as the Erie zoo, an animal rehabilitation center, etc. She gives multiple quizzes and tests from those quizzes. very good!
