The most stimulating undergraduate classes I ever had. Prepared me well for grad school. Absolutely solicited and desired class participation but had no patience for shabby, unsubstantiated opinions. Too scholarly for casual students, great for those who really wanted to learn.

He was an amazing prof...even though I might disagree here and there, he still was open to dialogue. I even had friends who wrote pares that He "disagreed" with their point but still gave them a good grade because they defended their position/s well

One of the best professors I ever had. GBC will never be the same without him. The man was a genius, but like all geniuses, sometimes lacking in "people" skills. This doesn't mean he didn't care for his students: he loved them and prayed for them all constantly.
