Coman did simple examples in class and made tests impossible. The average of the class was failing badly and he told us to try harder. Doesn't care about his students or if they pass, but ended up curving the class.

Such an amazing, sweet person! His jokes aren't funny yet he gets amused by them. People laugh for how adorable he gets for that. He's clear and fair & never judgmental. He's easy to approach and he's always available to help you. He's definitely one of my few favorite professors.

Fundamentals of analysis is truly useful to me since I haven't learnt pure math before. The professor gave the exact mathematical thinking, at least to me. He has an accent, which is hard to understand at first. But it's OK later on. Overall he is great in lecturing and explaining the problems. Really benefit a lot from the class.

MAT 121 was not an interesting class, but Coman teaches a clear informative lecture. If you go to class, you will be fine. For example, I suck at math, but Coman's clear explainations and examples really helped, as I have an A in the course. If you take MAT 121, try to have Coman. The final is easy if you paid attention all semester.

He is the sweetest man. He cracks horrible jokes in class but he is just so cute that everyone laughs. Although he has an accent, he was very clear in his lectures. He made sure to write down everything he was saying.
