Dr. Darigan is an extremely nice person and a passionate teacher. The class is insanely easy and he recently decided to drop the final from the class and greatly reduce the work load for the remaining month of the semester (not that it was very much at all beforehand). Take him for a good, easy experience.

Best teacher at wcu! ive learned so much from him. he cares more about preparing you for your classroom, and less about busy work grades and stupid assignments. He's given me real tips i will use in my future classroom! BEST teacher. always happy and helpful! definitely reccommend him for anyone/any class.

This was a good class. Helped me think critically about choosing reading material for kids. Reviewing 20 picture books and reading 7 YA novels was a chore. Liked the small group discussions in class. A well-planned and useful class.

He was a wonderful teacher. The class has a lot of quizzes, but they are not that hard. You only have on emajor paper, and the 10-14 quizzes (depending on what you can get down). Dr. Darigan was always there to help you if you need it. Take him, it will be a fun class.
