Litchford is great! Class wasn't especially difficult and he really cares about students. In the online class there is a memo that he has you write each week demonstrating your proficiency with the material and the application of your learning in the real world. He offers extra credit and his tests are straightforward.

Dr. Litchford really likes his guitar. However, this makes the lessons memorable, for a while but about half way through the class I began to wonder if he knows how to play any other tune. Great information and good follow through. It was an honor to be part of his last class.

This advanced selling techniques class requires you to have the text. The tests come from the key points at the end of the chapter. Great teacher, easy assignments, 4 exams and no final. The assignments may require creativity if you are not currently in a sales position because it asks you to apply concepts to your sales job.

Dr. Litch is one of the best Professors I have taken from at WSU. He teaches in a way that is fun and is easier to remember. He is very fair on grading, pretty much if you hand things in you get full credit. He leaves his tests and assignments open all semester. A great guy to take a class from!

What can I say--he is fun, caring, and I left class each day with a song in my heart and a smile on my face. This professor is a must for anyone who needs to be uplifted in life. It is not a sales class, it is a religion revival experience. Litch is the man!!!
