Bayak is a really entertaining teacher and I enjoyed going to his class. However, he never posted any grades so you have no idea where you stand throughout the entire semester. You need to read the textbook multiple times and even then his tests are extremely difficult.

Prof Bayak is really funny and entertaining. I enjoyed going to his classes and hearing his stories. However we really didnt learn much in class and the homework took way to long for what it was worth. He never posts grades and his tests were really hard. He's a cool guy but this class was waaaaay overcomplicated. Now I have to retake it....

I liked him at first because he was very funny and sarcastic. However, as an accounting major I quickly realized he taught completely arbitrary topics that other professors weren't teaching. If you are an accounting major, DO NOT TAKE BAYAK!!! His exams were arbitrary and there was so much information that was not relevant to accounting.

One of the best accounting teachers at Lehigh. I will take any class he teaches. Such a dry topic and I never fell asleep once. Homeworks daily but that's a departmental thing. Exams are simple study the book and hand outs and you'll pass. So funny in class and rips on students to keep you on your feet. One of the best.

I always wanted to go to class with Bayak because he's just so funny and entertaining. Definitely read the book twice to really understand the little details he passes over sometimes. This was the second class of the business minor which I believed was much easier than the first, and I enjoyed spending two semesters straight with Bayak.

Great guy, really funny, makes accounting class fun to go to. He is an excellent professor, I really recommend him. Very helpful and student friendly. He is very straight forward in what he expects, no BS, no "curve balls". TAKE HIM!

One of the best accounting 151 professors you can have. Absolutely Hilarious and actually teaches a topic before assigning homework on it. My only advice is to also read the textbook, there is too much material to cover twice a week for 75 minutes.

I had Bayak for the business minor. Although he is very entertaining and makes a lot of jokes, his tests were impossible. He gave our class the first retest he's ever given, and expects business minors to be as fluent in accounting as business majors. He was also extremely rude and disrespectful, and unhelpful when people needed help outside class.

Had Bayak for ACCT 151 and 152, and I think he's one of the best accounting professors out there. Though the class might be deemed easier by other students, we seem to learn just as much material as the other classes with far less frustration. Bayak makes the subject interesting, and I highly recommend him. Tests are fair and homework reasonable.

great sense of humor. makes the class fun, keeps his students awake. straightforward tests (although they're awkwardly cut-and-pasted together and the questions are arbitrarily numbered). because of him I learned a great deal in a topic I had no prior interest in. I highly recommend him if a flamboyant personality doesn't bother you.

After withdrawing from accounting the previous semester, I was SO happy with Bayak. He applied everything to the real world and made it entertaining, I actually wanted to go to class! Don't listen to those who say he's arrogant, just don't take it personally...he treats everyone the same. BEST professor I've ever had.

bayak is a hilarious man. if you have him for 151 you are golden because he does not make up the tests and you will be entertained all semester and the tests will be easy. for 152, dont take bayak. he makes his own tests and his test questions are from other textbooks and not worded the way you would usually see. take bayak for 151 not 152
