This was a real blow off class. Writing assignments and the comprehensive final, which is held in CASA, could be overwhelming. Other then that this is an easy class.

Awesome professor. Has 4 papers but all are easy if you do your research. Hw is time consuming but really easy. Final is cumulative but not hard at all. Group simulation is easy.

The class overall was easy, just a lot of work. Weekly assignments on mindtap cengage, 4 essays, a simulation and final exam (60 questions). The simulation process was horrible, though I got full credit, I was anxious the entire time because my group members weren't responsive. It also costed $45 and I felt like I learned nothing from it.

Currie is a solid choice. Syllabus is clear. However, I do feel for the person who received a zero for the simulation 2 reviews below. This aspect of the class is flawed. I know people who did not participate in the sim still received a 100. Im surprised this hasnt been mentioned before but this is clearly something that needs attention. plz fix

Easy class but simulation was a scam. U pay $45 for the simulation. I received a zero because my "teammates" don't know how to respond to emails, which he mistaked for nonparticipation. No partial credit. Spends the semester focusing on ethics, yet indirectly scammed me for $45 dollars. How ironic. Team signup process needs a change for Pete's sake

There is an easy group project to do a business simulation, super easy and pretty fun. Everything is on Mindtap: watch videos, read chapters, and answer questions on Mindtap. Then do 4 writing assignments throughout the semester. Very straight forward class. Simple and educational.

All assignments are clear and laid out for the entire semester. Work at your own pace. Lots of online work. Be prepared to spend 1 - 2 hours per week on this class and you will get an easy A. If less than an A, you are just lazy

Get an awesome hard working group and this course will be an A for you. It isn't easy work since you do have to do two major writing projects with the group. Just stay on top of your deadlines and work efficiently with your group and you will be fine.

I took this class online and it is a lot of work. Weekly learnsmart quizzes, homework, and extra credit. Along with video cases once a month and 4 papers. The papers are similar to each other, so they are just time consuming. Also, there is a cumulative online final at the end. Overall this class is time consuming so work ahead while you can!

This class is based off of papers, quizzes, learnsmarts, and homework. The papers aren't that bad, but the quizzes can be kind of tricky. However, if you complete all the assignments and get above 900 points the final becomes optional!!

No exams! Lots of homework, quizzes and learnsmarts. If you do the work you pass. Easy class, but time consuming. Also there are 4 essays to write, which are also really easy.

Easy A, but be prepared to do 2/3 homeworks, 2/3 quizzes and 2/3 learnsmarts. Also, there are 4 essays assignments. However, this professor is golden. He cares about his students and puts in the effort to make sure you get a good grade. Take the sunday off to do all the work due that day. This class isn't difficult just ALOT of busy work.

Prof. Currie is a great professor. He is always available if you have any questions. If you send him an email, he typically responds in a few hours. He makes an effort to make sure all of his students understand the expectations of the course. He sends out a lot of reminders, so that you don't miss deadlines. I would highly recommend him.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Horrible professor. UH needs to get rid of him. He is crazy hard - we had no idea where the final exam questions even came from. This class is the only class that I have not gotten an A in, and I took this my senior year.

This class has changed. There is so much work. I thought it would be an interesting class but it is by far the worst class I have ever taken. You have to read 5 chapters a week to even pass. WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER TAKEN. He does nothing - everything is on connect, but you can't Google the questions so you really have to read textbook. AVOID!!!

The course has changed. It is not as easy as it once was. You must read the book to be able to answer questions on the timed quizzes. There is also a comprehensive final now. Currie does not give review for the final. He advises to do well on the learn smarts to be successful on the Final Exam. This class is no longer an easy A like it used to be!!
