He is very knowledgeable about the topic and enthusiastic. However, he is very monotone and needs to do more to make the class more exciting.

The class is cake. Exams are all on definitions and can't miss more than 3 classes. Labs are easy and sometimes a **** to do. Lectures are pointless.

Dr. Fritton is a very fair professor. Although his lectures are a little bland to say the least. The lab is somewhat interesting, but my TA was great and very helpful. The LUP is a very interesting learning experience that shows you just how important all the material that you learn in the class really is.

All this guy talks about is useless for the tests. The labs are also useless as well as the land use project which doesn't teach you anything but is the biggest waste of time. The only good thing is that the tests are pretty much all vocab

This dude's been around...he's ancient. But he's pretty chill...loves the soil. He's all about groups and seating in his lectures (which are BORING). But the lab is good and my TA was awesome. Overall, not a bad class.

He is very boring in 101, but he is more exciting in his other classes. He is a very nice guy if you know him outside of class, and very smart!

This class is hands down the worst class I have ever taken in my college career. This professor rarely lectures. You are expected to learn soil science by reading the text.He hands out worksheets for you to do in class with your group. Huge waste of time& $

Interesting format. A bit too unorganized. Many components to course. Probably should be a 4 credit course not 3.
