Comment:

Daniel Doyle was one of my favorite profs and his class was enjoyable. You are here to learn and the subject was world civilization 2 which I like simply from a geographic and historical perspective. He gave us map quizzes every class which made us learn about countries and where to locate them as I remember to this day.

I loved taking all of the classes that I could from him... I alway enjoyed his teaching style... and papers in his class although they were long if you paid attention you could ace them. Great teacher!

Comment:

Possibly the best professor I encountered in my college career. The classes were challenging, but enlightening and VERY interesting. Anyone who rates Doyle with a low score is either an ignoramus who should never have gone to college in the first place or is a lazy, bitter jerk who blames someone else for their own shortcomings.

Nice guy, boring class, tough grader. I spent an inordinate amount of time writing papers in his class, and was less than satisfied with his grades. From the first day of class to drop day, I'd estimate our class saw a 40 percent reduction of students.

Dr. Doyle has a nice style of teaching. The lights are dimmed, the world-music comes on, and all the colors of mind-blowing history hit the power-point screen. A lovely, gentle and wise professor. Been doing this for years. Catch him while you can. The readings are relevantâ€"real college stuff

Very good professor! He helps the ones who want it. He also is very intellegent. If you take him and put alittle time into your history reports (there are only 3) you will get an A or a B in the course.
