For ChE heat you have 5 open book tests (one an example problem was the exam, same #'s and all), and for equilib processes and mass transfer we never got any grades or took any tests. Just weekly group 'projects' that take maybe an hour. You'll have an easy quarter with him, but won't learn anything.

If you take good notes during the quarter, his exams are not too bad (open-book, open-note). He is a little hard of hearing, so sometimes it takes a few repititions to ask him a question, but if he figures out what you are saying, answers your questions. Not a bad professor at all.

Yeah, this guy rocks...mainly because he is so out of touch with reality. Class was easy. I didnt buy a book and still had a 97% average!! Tests are Open book, Open notes...although sitting next to someone smarter than you probably helps more.
