Comment:

I wasn't even interested in Public Relations but after taking this class, I think although he's not conducting a circus of entertainment in class, that he's interesting. He's part of president Hitt's cabinet, so he has first hand experience. His tests are simple if you read the book and listen in class. He's very understanding. Would recommend!

Comment:

Easy class, but so boring you will want to tear your eyeballs out. You can get away with skipping class most of the time, but even when you do go, theres a chance you'll die of boredom. He is a very nice, understanding, and extremely accomplished man, but just doesn't make class interesting.

First, he grades a 93 as an A which is hard to achieve on a 100 pt scale. Everything you will learn will be out of the book because he doesn't teach. He knows his stuff, so listen to the stories. Tests are really hard and group projects are a pain. Take the other guy.class is useless.

class was boring, tests were all from the book and not from the 459870345 handouts we recieved. easy assignments, study the book for the tests which are easy too. i guess taking him is better than the other pr teacher

Dr. Dan will tell you the same story over and over and never really go over the information on the tests so be prepared to learn about PR through the book on your own time. Plus, get a huge notebook to hold all of the useless handouts...

Amazing man - VERY compassionate about his students learning. Dr Dan teachers PR very well as he is very experienced in the field. He is very willing to help his students and accepts things late with valid excuses. Take him for thsi class - you wont regret it!

UGH.I was excited to take this class b/c I'm interested in the Public Relations field & it was such a dissappointment."Dr.Dan" as he calls himself, is a self absorbed man who talks only about himself and should not be teaching. Although he is a nice person, I learned nothing and have 1 word-retire.

Dr.Dan is a very nice guy-however, i don't believe teaching PR is his strong suit. He knows what he's talking about, and is obviously very experienced, but just talks about UCF facts all the time. He once spent the entire class time talking about the UCF pegasus...

He knows his stuff, but boy, can he talk your ear off!!!!! Although stories are fun (especially when it takes up class time) but he tends to not go over info that is on tests. You pretty much have to study yourself, but the tests are always multiple choic

I do not think that he should be a professor. I think that he should be a guest speaker..maybe even speak several times in one class. His tests are easy and there are lot of projects. He is very interesting. I think you would learn a lot more from Morgan.

Dr.Dan knows it all. Learn from a real PR pro, heads up the PR office for the univ. SO he has real life exp to teach you from. He can get off track easy, so if you want to not learn for a day you can get him going on stories
