Comment:
He's awful. He can't explain anything to save his life and and time you ask him to clarify you end up more confused than you started. If I could do it again I would take university level to avoid having him. I will end with what I started with, he's awful.

If you do your reading and participate you will do fine. The tests are definitely not easy so you must study and require applying what you know and go the next step. Rewarding class if you can apply yourself to it. Also, he hosts review sessions and is very easily accessible for extra help.

The problem in Koon's classes is that you can never really tell how you're doing. I swear that grades are so ambiguous in his FYP and FYS. And it especially sucks that he tries to grade like an english teacher when he's a physics prof.

2+2=4 as someone said....simple but in koon's mind not. He thinks on a much "higher" level than most of us.

Comment:
makes no sense. studets suffer from the "koon effect" Where Dr. Koon could try and explain what 2+2 equal. Normally it equals 4. But when Dr. Koon explains it students offten have no idea what 2+2 now equals.
