Professor Linton is an amazing teacher and very relaxed when it comes to the classroom. I took him for Intro to film, so we had few lectures and mostly watched great movies. Show up to class, you'll miss a lot and daily points if you aren't there.

Mr. Linton is a great teacher who simplifies the art of film so that it's easy to understand. There isn't an overload of work and the class is FUN. He is sooo chill it is unbelievable. If you go to class and do the assignments, you should pass fine. Take the paper seriously, because it is a solid chunk of your grade. Kick back and relax! TAKE HIM!

Book not needed unless your going for a A+. 2 or 3 quizzes from the book, that's it. Attendance not mandatory, but HIGHLY recommended as that's where you get your notes for exams, and it's not a lot of notes to write down, so it's easy. Keeps the class as interesting as he can. Only kicker is the final paper, which even that is not hard. Good take.

Very Easy class, it is definitely a GPA booster. This class made my semester go by a lot more smoothly. All the movies that we watch were great movies. Test come straight from notes. Come to class for participation grade and you only need on book the Adaptation book. Also there is on paper that you can do alone or in a group.

I loved this professor and his class. I'm taking him again for television and culture in the fall. The midterm, final and research paper are incredibly easy- he tells you exactly what he wants. Danny is also quick to respond to questions via email or to schedule time outside of class if you need it.

He's a great professor! We watched some awesome films - Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, When Harry Met Sally. You have to come to class because either before/after the films he will talk about terms and things you need to know for quizzes, midterm, etc. I enjoyed the class and made an A!

Definitely take him if you take intro to film. Pretty easy class as long as you pay attention, because he tells you what's going to be on the tests, and take some time on the research paper, it's not that hard! We watched some great films, pretty interesting class.

I enjoyed the class, but the research paper, midterm, and final suck! The only b+ I made all semester...the rest a's. Make sure you are at EVERY class and watch every movie. The points add up! I only missed 1/2 a class and 1 assignment and did ok. Great guy tho! Loved him!

I absolutely LOVE this guy! He is so easy! Anyone who does not get an A in his class obviously does not come to class. He has excellent fils. You will WANT to come to class just to see the films. I really learned a lot about the film industry. He is very entertaining and classes are always fun.

Absolutely loved the class. Only missed one and that was for surgery, and i can assure you, I am NOT one for going to class. Entertaining, VERY well informed and funny to boot! What's not to love? Highly recommended!
