So, a lot of the people who are commenting either seem like English majors or... random people who took his class and have mixed emotions. I love Dr. Robinson, but Id be lying to you if I said his classes are easy, and that its an easy A. You will write, his exams are super detailed, and you will have wonderful discussions. Hes not easy, but...

He's knows his Romanticism. He does get off track at times, and will call out people in class, for random behavior. I know English nerds like him, but the rest have mixed feelings. I will add he doesn't forget slights, so watch what you say. A semester will have you say, "Well, that happened" for better, worse, or meh.

Amazing teacher! He is a funny teacher who would try his all mighty to give you an A for the grade. There are about three papers for this class. 1) Process analysis (I did how to bake) 2) compare and contrast (I did pistol vs shotgun. someone did marvel vs DC) 3) Argumentative Paper. All his test are easy and multiple choice. Can't fail class.

Honestly I was dreading his class at first but after learning his teaching style the semester before, I appreciate his help a lot more now. He will work with you... A LOT on your papers. Take all the help you can get. You CAN get an A on your papers if you meet with him. Plus he loves Star Wars so talk about that a little...

Dr. Robinson is one of my favorite teachers; however, you need to be up for a challenge when taking his courses. He does not just hand out good grades you really have to work hard. I have taken him for 4 semesters and I think that he has helped me strengthen my writing and helped me think critically
